Where do you ship from?

We ship from fulfilment centres in the United States, Western Europe and Eastern Asia.  If the item you purchased is out of stock at your nearest location, it will be shipped from the next closest location.

Our aim is to review this within our first month of business and try and ship worldwide, if you stay in a country other than the above please let us know and we will ensure your country is one of the first to be added.

How long are shipping times due to COVID-19?

Currently shipping for international orders are taking 10-20+ days. Until further notice, please check our Update Page in the main menu or under quick links we will continuously update it every week!  All packages are trackable so please check the tracking ID you were emailed for the current location of your package.

Customs charges

All our orders may be subject to customs charges, depending on the country you live. We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. We are not able to refund any customs charges.

My pet is not using their new bed.

One piece of advice we do suggest is to wash your bed when it arrives home. Cats are extremely sensitive to smell and sometimes they will not use a bed initially due to this.

What size of bed is shown in the images

In general the marketing photos on this site are small/medium sized beds. These may not provide a representative shape of the larger bed options available. Bed colours may also appear slightly different due to the lighting and editing of the marketing photos used.

How accurate are the measurements on the website:

We aim to be within 2cm or 1 inch of the measurements for tolerance.  Due to our business being based on a soft fabric its very difficult to provide precise measurements.  If you would like extra reassurance about the specific dimensions then please reach out and we will try to provide more information.

Amendments and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order.

Cancellations
- You must contact us within 24 hours.
- We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.
