Shipping Policy

International Standard Free Shipping: 7-20* business days.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for shipping.  Tracking may take up to 10 days to show within our tracking app. 

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.



We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to currently. If you would like to see a list of where we ship to at the moment please visit the FAQ page.  We aim to expand the countries we ship to as soon as possible so please get in touch I if you would like us to prioritise your country first.


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Sometimes due to free shipping a tracking number is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.


Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, there will be some logistical delays. Your order delivery could take a little bit longer than usual. Expected delays currently are up to 10 working days. Please see our update page about COVID-19 for more detailed timescales.
