International Tracked Standard Free Shipping: 10 - 30* business days.

At Snuggly Pets our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.  After processing and leaving the warehouse, international items usually take between 10–30 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, especially around holidays etc. We aim to keep you informed as much as possible and provide a tracking number after the item is shipped to enable easy tracking along your packages journey to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note, international shipping services do vary from country to country. To find out the exact services that are available, please put in your full address at check out.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. 

Snuggly Pets has a partnership with global merchants in order to always provide you with the best quality and prices. Our main partners are located in China, so most items will be packaged and shipped from this warehouse.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Sometimes due to free shipping a tracking number is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
